Whether it's a gathering for a special group, a family celebration, or a community meeting, our facility offers flexible rental options to suit your needs. Below are the details for renting our spaces, both during and after regular business hours.
Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
This rate is exclusive for members who want to have a private meeting, activity, or event during regular business hours.
Rate: $50.00 per hour
Deposit: $250.00
Insurance Requirement: Must obtain a Certificate of Liability Insurance.
**No alcohol allowed during business hours
Rate: $100.00 per day
Cleaning Deposit: $100.00
Alcohol Deposit: $100.00 (if applicable)
Insurance Requirement: Must obtain a Certificate of Liability Insurance.

Note: An additional deposit is required if alcohol is served at the event.
Insurance: All renters must provide a Certificate of General Liability Insurance prior to the use of the facility. The certificate must reflect current coverage of at least $1,000,000.00 and have the City of Miami listed as an Additional Insured. This can be obtained online or through your own insurance company.
Payment and Deposits: The cleaning deposit, rental payment, and insurance must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the event.
Not included: Tablecloths, Decor, Utensils, or Dinnerware. Renters must furnish their own supplies.

Rolling TV: A large 70" rolling TV is available and can be placed in any room as needed to enhance your event presentations.
